Shipping Policy


At The Londyn Jade, we are committed to delivering a premium experience from purchase to delivery. Every order is handled with care, precision, and the elevated service our clients expect.


Processing Times


All orders undergo a careful 1–3 business day processing period to ensure accuracy and quality before leaving our facility.

Processing takes place Monday–Friday; weekends and holidays are excluded.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times


After processing, Standard Shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days within the United States. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to location, weather, or carrier-related delays.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information to monitor your package’s journey.


Address Accuracy


To ensure seamless delivery, please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.


Order Verification (Fraud Prevention)


To protect our clients and uphold the integrity of our transactions, select orders may require additional verification.

If flagged by our system, we may request a photo ID and/or the last four digits of the card used. Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and refunded.


Shipping Delays


Carrier delays, weather conditions, and unforeseen events may affect delivery times. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are beyond our control.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages


If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos for assistance.


No Refunds Once Shipped


Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

We do not offer refunds for shipped orders under any circumstances.
